Investment criteria.
We only do pre-seed. We back B2B tech-enabled businesses in the UK with cheques of £150k to £500k, usually as part of rounds up to £1m. We lead, we follow.

What we invest in.
We invest in B2B tech or tech-enabled businesses with the potential to scale significantly. Either post-revenue or pre-revenue with a clear path to revenue within 3 to 6 months post investment.
Most of what we back is vertical SaaS, applied AI, and workflow tools where there is a significant opportunity to solve challenges customer face.
We look for founders who understand their space deeply. They know the pain points, they know who the buyer is, and they have a clear view on how to sell to the industry.
What we don't invest in.
These are hard nos. Please don't apply if your business falls into any of these:
- Life sciences
- Deep tech
- Alcohol, gambling, or tobacco
- Consumer apps
- Consumer products
- D2C or B2C
We're a B2B investor. We will consider B2B2C where the primary customer relationship is with a business, but the model has to genuinely sit on the B2B side of the line.
Stage.
Pre-seed only. That usually means:
- A working product or a credible plan to ship one in the next few months
- Early signs of customer pull (LOIs, design partners, paid pilots, first revenue)
- A small team, often just the founders
- Raising your first institutional round
We don't do seed. We don't do bridges into Series A. If you're past pre-seed, we're probably not the right fit and we'll tell you quickly.
